I left a little piece of my heart in Montauk after Jenna and Joe’s beautiful September wedding. It had been so long since I had seen the pristine Hampton’s beaches, so I was over-the-moon excited when these two approached me about photographing their wedding day. With an eye for classic details, Jenna and Joe planned an absolutely memorable, intimate backyard wedding at their family’s estate. I began the day meeting them at the house to photograph their details and getting ready moments. We then headed over to the dunes at Kirk Park Beach for a private first look. I could not have imagined a more perfect backdrop honestly. These photos still make me giddy because they are so stunning. Jenna looked absolutely gorgeous in her classic gown and Joe was so handsome in his blue suit. Together, these two are a photographer’s dream to photograph because they are not only a beautiful couple, but so incredibly sweet with each other.

One of the best parts about choosing a private estate in a gorgeous location like Montauk is that the beauty of the location really speaks for itself. Jenna and Joe wanted a laid back destination wedding, carefully choosing details that did not overwhelm the setting for this intimate affair. The ceremony was held at St. Therese of Lisieux with their closest family and friends present to witness. After the ceremony, everyone headed back to the family home for a for a laid-back, yet incredibly elegant, wedding reception. As a wedding photographer, I have a love for details and these two didn’t miss a beat. I love the way they tied in the beauty of Montauk throughout their entire wedding day. Their outdoor wedding reception was simply perfect, from cocktail hour to the sunset. Jenna & Joe’s wedding was pure joy and I am so grateful to have been a part of it.
